The app is developed by a single person, with handcrafted care. Replies come directly from the developer — no call centers, no automated ticketing systems. We reply in English or Italian.
If you're reporting a bug, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a brief description of what you were doing. It helps a lot to understand and fix the problem quickly.
